Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging, including the dust bags and any accessories, ensuring the products are in mint condition.
Affix the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel.
Ship and Refund
Drop off the package at the nearest authorized courier point; once received and inspected at our Italian warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
